1. Information requested from users

In order to use services of Find New Passion™, users must complete the registration form. During the registration, a user is required to give their contact information, such as NickName and e-mail address. This information is used to contact a member, verify e-mail address to prevent spamming and enable Find New Passion™ to provide you with the best personalized service. We want you to know that you would receive greetings, e-mail and message notifications from members to the e-mail address you have provided.

2. Private and Public Information

Public information that is called "Profile" is information that you enter into the Find New Passion™ database to be viewed by members of the site. This public information is not linked to your personal identification in any way, unless you decide to include personally identifying information or publish photographs, in which case some of your information may become personally identifiable. As spam prevention and safety protection we do not recommend and do not allow public display of your personal information which includes but not limited to e-mail address, Instant Messenger ID, phone numbers, etc. It is up to you to decide if and when to reveal your identity to another member or to meet in person.

3. Information gathered automatically from users

Automatically collected data does not disclose any personal information about you. This includes but not limited to: your IP address, browser type, browser settings, cookies, etc.

4. Financial and Billing Information

If you choose to become a Full Member, following financial information would be collected: your credit card number or other type of payment used, expiration date, full name, and billing address. Financial information is gathered, verified and processed through PayPal billing system according to their rules and regulations. Any questions regarding this process should be communicated with PayPal directly.

5. Updating or suspending your profile

You may make changes to your profile at any time by going to Edit Profile screen. You can suspend your account to make it temporarily unavailable for search and contact by selecting "Suspend" option on My Account screen. You can re-activate your membership at any time. Please contact admin@findnewpassion.com if you want your profile to be completely and permanently removed.

7. Monitoring online activity

Our members communicate with each other through onsite mail, on-site Instant Messaging, and by receiving messages notifications and greeting to their regular e-mail boxes. While we do not generally, as a rule, censor or monitor members' private exchanges, we reserve the right to do so, if we suspect users of being under 18 or of using our Services in violation of our Terms of Use and / or Privacy Statement. Members are in charge of making a decision to stop communication with specific member by using "Block" action on the members' profile screen. Also, you can always report members' suspicious activity by using Report action on a member's profile screen. If it's found necessary, we reserve the right to edit, delete, remove or withhold any communication transmitted through the site. Also, we reserve the right to remove members who break our rules or at our sole discretion.

8. Invite a Friend

If our member elects to use our referral service and tell a friend about our site, we will ask for your name, your e-mail, and your friend's e-mail addresses. We will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit our site. Find New Passion™ will not store this information once the one-time e-mail is sent.
